The Armidale Symphony Orchestra is a community orchestra in Armidale, NSW. The orchestra rehearses on Monday nights from 7 to 9 pm at the New England Conservatorium of Music. New members are welcome.

The Armidale Symphony Orchestra and Choral Society will be joined by the Acacia String Quartet for the performance of Elijah

The Acacia Quartet are regularly heard on ABC Classic. They have been commissioned to record all of
Elena Katz-Chernin's string quartet music. From a recent review:
